What is OK2Pay?

 

OK2Pay by Mohawk Energy Partners is an innovative and proactive approach to invoice processing and its’ revolutionizing payables processing. Mohawk reviews invoices for accuracy before they are paid giving you peace of mind.

STEP 1: RECEIVE & REVIEW YOUR INVOICES

                                                                             

 

OK2Pay process puts your bills through a 150 plus step review to ensure accuracy. We display all of your utility bill information  within the OK2Pay dashboard.

 

Mohawk retrieves electric & gas bills directly from utility company or ESCO each month.

 

 

 

 

STEP 2: ELIMINATE ALL BILLING ERRORS UNTIL OK2PAY

                                                                                               

 

Errors & incorrect information is “Red Flagged” in an exception report.

 

Mohawk Energy will follow-up on all exceptions which results in refund or credits on the next bill.

 

Correct invoices are stamped “OK2Pay” and your Accounts Payable group is notified each month!

 

 

 

 

STEP 3: YOUR INVOICE IS OK2PAY

 

Accounts Payable makes payment to the utility company or ESCO.
